Founded in 2011, Comite Manos Unidas is a 501(c)(3) organization, whose mission is to assist poverty stricken individuals and families in Los Angeles, and the Republic of El Salvador.
Nearly half of the world’s population, more than 3 billion people, live in poverty, and survive on less than $2.50 a day. More than 1.3 billion people live in extreme poverty, less than $1.25 a day*.
We do all we can to assist as many families as possible, but it never seems to be enough. This is why we are reaching out to you for support.
